Chief Financial Officer (Base in Vietnam)
Central (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Maintain an effective internal control system and ensure compliance with group policy and statutory requirements.
Review, analyze the financial results and develop performance measures to support the Company’s strategic plans.
• Ensure proper management of working capital and cash management
• Responsible for the annual budget planning and preparation of forecasts, trends and financial reports
• Ensure accounting systems are in compliance to accounting standard, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the Company in meetings with banks, landlords and suppliers
• Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to update and advise the senior management on the financial implications and impact to the business activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional accountancy qualification such as CPA
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting/financial management experience, with at least 3 years holding similar position in retail environment
• Fluent in English and possess Excellent interpersonal, communications skills.
