- Currently registered as a Sales Representative
- Able to work unassisted and autonomously
- Capable of showing initiative
- Have competent computer skills
- Have an interest in Commercial Real Estate
- Motivated and able to reach targets
- Presented in a professional manner
- Have an Australian Driver’s License and have a
reliable vehicle.
As a Sales
& Leasing Rep your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Actively farming allocated area of an established
suburb - Take on listings for lease in farming area from
rent roll - Bring in new managements
- Prepare appraisals both for sales and for lease
- Show prospective tenants through properties for
lease and prospective owners through properties for sale - Undertake all facets in sales and leasing from
listing properties through to marketing and settlement
