CMC Motors Group, one of the largest provider of transport solutions in the East African Region, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for its operations within the Group.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following key responsibilities:
• Ensure that vehicle units are available for sale in all branches.
• Meet prospective customers to enhance sales.
• Hold regular meetings with the sales team to evaluate sales performance periodically.
• Sales annual targets for the sales team at the Division.
• Provide feedback to the General Manager on Divisional Sales activities.
• Organize shows and displays on franchise vehicles.
• Advice the Group Financial Manager on outstanding sales debts and assist in their collection.
Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualifications
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
