Ensuring the quality of all
health services in the Diocese of Chikwawa, Conducting regular health needs
assessment for the diocese, Planning and budgeting the identified needs,
Conducting resource mobilisation for the identified needs, Monitoring and evaluating
the health services and projects, Managing financial, human and material
resources, Reporting the progress of all health services and projects to Board
of Governors, donors and all other relevant stakeholders

Minimum of a Bachelors
degree and 5 yr
degree and 5 yr
s experience in a health related field – health systems and
project management, Those with a postgraduate degree in health related field
will have added advantage, Good coordination and partnership skills, Computer
literate, Good interpersonal skill, Willingness to travel extensively to the
communities within Chikwawa Diocese, Fluency in English and Chewa those who
speak Sena will have an added advantage, Possession of a clean and valid SADC
driving licence
