Minimum
qualifications for technical specialists:•An advanced degree
in agriculture, economics, food science, nutrition, public health,
international development, public administration, natural resources, or another
closely related field •Minimum of seven years of professional experience in
area of expertise • Experience working in East Africa, particularly the Rwanda•
Experience with USAID agriculture-focused programming highly preferred • Proven
ability to work collaboratively with government officials, international
donors, and private sector stakeholders • Excellent written and oral
communications skills •Fluency in English required.
