AKAZI KANOZE: Youth Livelihoods Project

opportunities, and links into the employment and self-employment job market
over a five-year period.

The intern will perform the following,

- Support
EDC Financial Management/ Accounting functions; - Distribute
and/or generate checks; - Assist
in the collection of advances and follow up their liquidation on time; - Participate
in preparation and submission ofVAT refundclaim; - Support
for remittance and declaration of statutory salary deductions (Pension
contributions and Pay As You Earn); - Support
in organizing and maintainingAccounting filing system;
Qualifications Requirements and desired

- Bachelor’s
Degree (BBA)in accounting of finance - Have
a broader knowledge of financial accounting and taxation - Well
conversant with QuickBooks - Aged
between 22 and 30 years - Attention
to details - Dynamic
with positive attitude - Self-driven
and organized - Being
an Akazi Kanoze graduate – “Work Ready” is a plus though not mandatory - Fluency
in English is required.
The selected intern will receive a monthly
stipend for the whole duration of the internships. Interested candidates are
