Project Briefs:
Project
1- The Remote Switching initiative will enable 1500V switching to be operated
remotely from ICON through SCADA systems.

2- The Electrical Isolation Management stream will be responsible for the
delivery of an end-to-end automated process for electrical isolation including
imbedding an electronic permitting solution, walk through improvement solution
and a single management system

Primary purpose:
The
primary purpose of this role will involve working closely with the Program
Manager and other Project Managers in the team to ensure that all necessary
stakeholders are engaged and each initiative solution is developed,
implemented, deployed and supported.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Program Manager and other Project Managers to clearly
understand the project(s) scope, deliverables and benefits and be able to
articulate it to other stakeholders

Develop and execute effective project plans for allocated initiatives including
the dependencies/ interactions with other program streams/ initiatives.

and tools are implemented

Manage allocated project(s) and deliver specified outcomes for stakeholders in
terms of safety, scope, quality, standards, budget, timeframes and customer
expectations

Oversee the development of the technology solution including the development
and documentation of clear, concise and effective business processes (policies,
guides, procedures, processes, etc)

Work closely with the Change Manager and Organisational Development to develop
clear, concise, effective and sustainable training curriculum (user manuals,
“Quick Start Guides”, course, briefings, etc) across a range of suitable
mediums to ensure all end-users are able to competently use the new business
processes and systems

Selection Criteria:

Strong experience project management ideally of electrical projects.

Proven experience in project management and delivery of projects regarding
transformation success or complex organisations.

Excellent level of experience in managing key stakeholders and the ability to
communicate with staff across all levels
