working in recruitment

for 5 or more years and worrying about what the future

experience you have built up in a traditional recruitment business – look no
further. You will be knowledgeable about issues facing employers building
skills pipelines for the future, be passionate about helping students gain
vital relevant employment experience (what we do at CareerLounge).

Ideally you will
appreciate simple user friendly apps, know how to explain (or be willing to
learn) them to time poor employers and be motivated and pumped to convert as
many casual and part time roles you can find to opportunities for students
across the country in every single industry!

You will report
directly to the Managing Director, be part of the Senior Leadership Team and be
responsible for further developing and managing a portfolio of new and existing
major national corporate partnerships who will advertise their casual jobs in
Paddl for emerging generations of applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify,
    close and implement relationships with major employers nationally;
  • Generate
    new revenue and protect existing revenue predominantly in Paddl but in
    time across our entire product range;
  • Build a
    high performing sales team to deliver into aggressive sales targets;
  • Pro-actively
    account manage client relationships to maximise sales revenue;
  • Work
    closely with the Brand & Communications Team to coordinate on-boarding
    and execution of employer partnerships;
  • Foster
    a culture of exceeding your clients expectations!

Skills and
Experience:

  • Min. 5
    years experience in the recruitment industry and proven success selling in
    recruitment. At the crux this is all about selling job ads!
  • Tertiary
    business qualification or similar.
  • Knowledge
    of Salesforce CRM an advantage.
  • Outgoing,
    energetic, confident and bubbly nature with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Excellent
    written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability
    to work with, and influence, people at all levels.
