leadership and instil confidence. We are really keen to make best use of your
business acumen and team leadership credentials. If these skills happen to come
from a hardware or building materials background then that’s a bonus, but it’s
not a deal breaker. Strong retail credentials from DDS, supermarkets or another
big box could also be ideal.

- Team leadership of 30-40 team members
- A history of empowering and motivating your
team in a way that gets results - A commitment to exceed customer expectations
via personalised exemplary customer service - Commercial insight and business acumen that
can be substantiated - Willingly embrace, manage and drive change in
a retail and trade/DIY focused environment - Strong demonstrable administration skills with
sound IT knowledge and experience. - A passion to find a better way forward
