Government of Rwanda’s efforts to strengthen targeted government and civil society institutions in a manner that supports USAID/Rwanda’s development outcomes and fosters the long-term social, economic, and environmental sustainability of the country.
CAMRIS is seeking consultants with experience supporting
institutions and organizations assess, develop and strengthen the following:
•Institutional vision, mission, values, goals, and strategies;
•Management structure;
•Strategy-based resource allocation / budgeting;
•Performance-based monitoring systems and the use of performance data for decision making;
•Financial and procurement management systems;
•Logistics management;
•Roles and responsibilities of work groups and individuals;
•Management practices;
•Gender-aware planning and programming; and,
•Human resource management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working with USAID and the HICD model
-Experience working in Africa, particularly in Rwanda
-Fluent in French
-Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) or Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification
-Experience operating in an advisory role facilitating the direct participation of the client organization in the development of the product as opposed to an independent implementation capacity
