CLIENT A 5 Partner Chartered Accountant
firm is looking for a qualified CA with no less than 5 years
experience. Currently they only have trainee Supervisors who are still
acquiring the competencies of management.
THE NEXT STEP In order to satisfy
immediate demands and to be ready for their growth plans they need an
experienced professional who can step up to the mark of Partner within 2 to 3
years.
CONTEMPORARY Firm is very much in tune
with the modern age using social media, cloud technology etc.
THE JOB You will manage teams with
involvement in all industries and types of business entities, including high
net worth individuals. Client portfolio will be approximately $1.1M. You
will be completing advisory matters such as tax structuring, tax planning strategies,
business set ups, acquisitions etc.
BD + TEAM LEADER This role is not for an
inexperienced or unsure individual. Previous client contact, business
development history and a winning nature is demanded. Working closely with the
Partners you will be responsible for a pool of 4-5 accountants.
