ith about 5-15 years of post admission
experience to join a respected and dynamic developer/brand as In-House Counsel.

Interesting, broad mix of work will include conveyancing, purchase/acquisition
of land, planning and subdivision work, trade-marks, infringements, finance,
and leasing. Work will mainly involve residential property – often valued in
the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars, with some commercial property
work as well.
You should have highly developed commercial, drafting and negotiation skills.
You will enjoy working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders on property
work and and other commercial agreements.
You should be a team player with organisation and management skills and the
ability to assume responsibility and communicate clearly.
