appointed as the preferred contractor on various large scale developments
throughout NSW, we are now actively searching for high calibre individuals who
are looking to further develop their career as a Senior Site Supervisor.
Working across our high profile, large scale construction projects you
will join an experienced team that understands the importance of a
collaborative, focused and results driven working environment.
The Senior Site Supervisor within
Brookfield Multiplex is responsible for supervising sub-contractors to ensure
assigned work conforms to quality, time and safety requirements. The role
assists the Site Manager in fostering and building relationships with all
sub-contractors to ensure project objectives are met. They are also
tasked with mentoring Site Supervisors and Site Engineers on a project.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the tasks and activities of
construction workers and sub-contractors to ensure satisfactory completion
of works - Developing and implementing short-term programs of work
- Monitor and review programs to ensure time requirements
are met - Manage the rectification of defects and satisfactory
completion of work - Consult with sub-contractor and consultants to resolve
day-to-day construction and design issues
Key Skillset Required:
- Expert knowledge of building and construction Trades
- Proven site experience on large scale commercial
projects - Specialist skills and understanding working with
structures, steel, finishers, services - Strong ability in reading drawings
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies and
procedures - Knowledge of Building Code of Australia
