The United States Department of Agriculture offers
Borlaug Fellowships for scientists, researchers and policymakers from 26
eligible developing countries. These fellowships are awarded to pursue research

-Have completed a Master’s or higher degree
-Be in the early or middle stage of their career, with at least two years of
practical experience
