1.NEW BUSINESS & POLICY ADMINISTRATION OFFICER –
OPERATIONS

1.1.Job Purpose
To process all new business and renewal business from
insurance brokers, agents and direct clients and administer such existing
business in accordance with the company’s policies, process and procedures.

1.2.Competencies and Skills required for the job
•Communication skills
•Analytical skills with sense of urgency and
thoroughness

•Willingness to assist with work at all levels of
the organization (Higher and lower levels included)

•Effective computer skills
•Action oriented
•Friendly customer service attitude
•Perform under pressure

1.3.Qualifications and Experience
•A first Degree, Higher Certificate in Insurance or
any equivalent. Computer literacy a pre-requisite

•A minimum 4 years post qualification experience in
the insurance industry short term.
