Accounts Executive
The job :
• In charge of GL, journal entries and preparation of schedules
• Handle credit control, rebates & commission administration
• Preparation & submission of GST and other statutory returns
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Liaising with external auditors and preparing supporting audit schedules for annual auditing of accounts
• Assist with statutory and management reporting
• Maintain fixed assets register, updating the records of all addition, disposals, rationalization and physical accounting
• Maintain accounts for subsidiaries
• Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements :
• Only Singaporean and Singapore PRs need apply
• Able to start work immediately preferred
• Diploma / CAT with minimum 3 – 4 years relevant working experience
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline with minimal supervision
• Positive working attitude with initiative and eye for details
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Young & willing to learn
