for the overall day to day front of house operation of the restaurant and
supervision of all front of house staff - To meet
or exceed customer expectations by managing the provision of an excellent
service to customers and seamless guest experience - Provide
strong support to the dynamic kitchen team - Recruit
and manage training and coaching of restaurant team - To work
within and achieve or exceed budget and operational performance criteria

Required
skills and attributes:
- Self
managed, dynamic and thorough - ability
to thrive in a high pressure, high volume, fast paced environment - possess
good knowledge/qualifications in OH&S and HACCP - professional,
energetic and friendly personality with fantastic people management skills - strong
wine and beverage knowledge - a
strong work ethic
