will have significant experience conducting building inspections and
condition assessments - Your
exceptional report writing skills will complement your proven technical
building knowledge - You
will also have a well-honed ability to understand the objectives and to
align your approach with the requirements - Your
flexible demeanour will ensure success in your varied working
environments. - You
will have your own working vehicle and be able to travel to site - Experience
using electronic data capture forms and Microsoft suites - Relevant
experience in property and construction consulting as a building auditor |
inspector - Have
a background primarily in commercial properties and projects. (If you hold
specific certified please provide copies) - Proven
knowledge and understanding general building codes & regulations
across QLD
