Our client is one of
New Zealand’s leading rigid plastic packaging companies, operating for over 62
years they have eight plants in New Zealand (NZ) and four sites in Australia.
Employing over 1,100 people across Australasia and specialising in extrusion
& thermoforming, blow moulding & injection moulding, this fast growing
company aspires to be the most exciting packaging business, renowned for
exceptional innovation.
Reporting to the
Sales & Marketing Manager, the primary objectives of this role are (but are
not limited to):
- Supporting
BDMs in all aspects of sales, admin and customer order processing, - Processing
customer orders, - Working
with BDMs to develop sales forecasts, - Liaising
across a number of business units to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
is achieved, - Ensure
stock shipments are despatched in a timely manner, and - Liaising
with despatching warehouses with regards to prioritisation.
The successful
candidate must possess;
- Minimum
2 years experience in Customer Service, - SAP
experience essential, - Strong Customer
Service skills, - Excellent
written and verbal communication, - High
self motivation, and - Ability
to work autonomously whilst being a strong team player.
Desirable attributes
include;
- Prior
experience in Manufacturing/Packaging, - Attention
to detail, and - Effective
sales and negotiation skills.
Your motivated and
flexible approach with excellent customer service skills will help you over the
line with this role. An excellent package will be offered in line with
