TRAINEE
SERVICE MANAGERS
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting
to the Dealer Principal the incumbent will be required to: - Manage
the service department as per the Barloworld Motor and manufacturer
requirements - Control
varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets - Ensure
service CSI targets are met - Arrange
and monitor work flow and capacity in the department on a daily basis - Manage
the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at
optimum levels - Ensure
good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, new vehicle sales and
parts department - Implement
and maintain value adding processes in the service department. - Motivate,
inspire and involve departmental staff.

MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS
- BGCSE/O
level and relevant tertiary education - Computer
literacy (Microsoft and diagnostics) - Proven
track record in the Audi, VW, Volvo, Ford and or Mazda automotive service
environment (at least 3 years’ experience in the field) - Drivers
licence
