Ultrasound and Xray is currently seeking a qualified Radiographer to join our
young and enthusiastic team, comm

encing in July 2015.

We
are seeking a Radiographer interested in part time work, however full-time is
negotiable.

The
role involves general x-ray duties in our state-of-the-art practice, with newly
installed Shimadzu DR X-ray and PLANMECA OPG.

We are a private Radiographer/Sonographer owned practice, located in the
beautiful Gippsland lakes region, less than 2 hours drive to the Alpine Resort
of Mount Hotham and Dinner plain.

Our practice has been operating for 3 years; we are a busy Ultrasound and X-ray
practice providing quality services to the local East Gippsland community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our
professional vibrant team. Plenty of opportunity exists for exposure to
ultrasound along with the advantage of working alongside experienced Masters
qualified Sonographers.

Core
Competencies

• Demonstrate the ability to perform high quality diagnostic x-ray images,
employing correct techniques to the accepted standards.
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with
Doctors, staff and patients orally and in written form.
• Possess a strong work ethic.
• Minimum one-year experience, must have completed NPDP.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Medical Radiography, meeting AIR membership and
accreditation requirements.
• Must be AHPRA registered and hold a valid radiation use licence.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence
