Duties:
• Responsible for developing, maintaining,
expanding, and updating WordPress websites for a variety of clients
• Proven project coordination experience
, ability
to set timeframes and meet deadlines, including the ability to be flexible and
manage simultaneous projects with varying priorities
• Help to enhance our web products and implement
solutions to increase general traffic
• Ensure that website branding is consistent
• Ensure responsive web pages work on a variety of
web browsers and mobile devices
• Contribute to the design and implementation of
email marketing and online advertising efforts
• Strategize and help implement ways to improve and
track site performance
• Approaches problem diagnosis and solving
aggressively and demonstrates creative problem solving abilities
• Ensure best security practices and compliance
measures are implemented and maintained
• Create and maintain system updates and
implementation documents
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and
problem-solving skills – ability to work independently and with with a small
team
Skill Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in website design and/or
programming
• Understanding of the entire web development
process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end
knowledge
• Experience with SEO (search engine optimisation)
• Experience with UX/UI design and development
• Experience with of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
jQuery
• Experience with email marketing and HTML
formatting compliance
• Well versed in code optimization and debugging
• Audio/Video editing experience using tools like
Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus
• Strong team and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and good
organizational skills
• Experienced user of Adobe software programs
