position of “Biomedical Technician”
Responsibilities:
• Installing, testing,
calibrating biomedical equipment;
• Investigating, diagnosing and
s
olving biomedical equipment problems;
• Ensure the maintenance of all
biomedical equipment ;
• Maintain the records of
spare parts for biomedical equipment;
• Maintain biomedical equipment
supplies inventory;
• Ensure the planning and
undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades of biomedical equipment;
• Train users of biomedical
equipment;
• Maintain safe operations of
biomedical equipment.
Qualifications:
1. To hold a bachelor’s degree or A1 diploma in
Biomedical Equipment Technology
2. To hold a diploma of Technical Secondary
School.
