Overview
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this position provides equipment installation, trouble-shooting, maintenance and co-ordination mainly at the customers’ sites.
Main Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and mechanical problems.
• Interface with factory & customer during all phases of installation.
• Take care of equipment modifications, upgrades, service contracts
• Install upgrades and retrofits on customer owned machines.
• Play advisor to customer operators in the proper use and maintenance of equipments
• Maintain, repair and clean mechanical systems and assemblies.
• Interface with technical support, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering on tooling, preventive maintenance procedures, design and reliability
• Serve as company liaison for all administrative and technical matters.
Experience & Attributes
• At least 6 – 8 years of experience in Semicon equipment
• Implant equipment experience
• Customer Oriented
• Detailed Oriented
• A good team-player
Education
At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
