Sales & Marketing Manager / Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager
Johor – Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:
• Lead and monitor a sales & marketing team on a day-to-day basis to achieve all sales targets given by management.
• Coach and direct as well as provide corrective action as necessary to improve sales team performance.
• Develop annual budget and sales & marketing plan, break down annual objectives into short-term goals for execution by subordinates
• Ensure all customers’ requests, enquiries and complaints are well attended by sales executive in efficient manner in order to maximize client’s satisfactions.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies and activities such as road shows, trade fairs, etc to achieve overall objectives.
• Prepare management reports and analysis on regular basic to management for review on performance or decision making.
• Develop market analysis, and follow-up with monthly preparation of sales report for proper planning and management of right services.
• Monitor and supervise the sales & marketing statistics, current market trends and implement effective strategies accordingly.
• Develop new market segment to continuously increase the market share in the specific market.
• Jointly develop revenue targets with management and work together with sales & marketing team to achieve these target.

Requirements:
• A good Honours Degree or relevant discipline;
• Possess at least 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in a large multinational organization;
• Strong team player, good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills;
• Hard working, responsible, honest, self-motivated and career-minded.
• Good communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, highly organized and have the ability for effective planning and supervision.
• Able to work independently and under tight deadline.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
