The Role
We are looking for a full time Sales member who understands the importance of personalised customer service and can.
This role gives you the opportunity to work with the Franchisee and learn to run the store as your own and really make your mark. Training and mentoring for you will be vital to your success in creating an exceptional service culture.
More specifically you will be responsible for some of the store operations including:
• Ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
• Coaching and developing your team
• Achieving sales and other business goals
• Recruiting and rostering
• Controlling stock
• Implementing in-store marketing and promotions
Extensive and ongoing training is provided.
The Person
Passionate & focused, you are results driven, “hands on” a true leader that leads from the front and inspires staff to self-manage but always available to coach, mentor and provide direction.
