ASOLATE seeks to
recruit a Program Manager who has experience in

The field of
sustainable development and capacity building.


The income and
markets program is implemented with Local Associations Partners.

The Program
strengthens the capacity of Partners and provides financial and technical
support to achieve the program goal, which is:

Increasing the
income of target beneficiaries through income generating activities.

Purpose

To manage income and
markets program implemented in the Eastern Province and Kigali

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Managing the
program Cycle:

Assessment,design,planning,monitoring,annual
reviews and mid

Term and
final Evaluations

-Ensuring
appropriate monitoring plan in put in place

-Writing Progress
reports

-Building Strong
relation with international organization that can support Asolate Activities
,local authorities and strengthen the

Capacity of local
association partners.

-Managing staff and
Program approach promotes accountability,

-Participation
&empowerment communities and program beneficiaries.

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Bachelor degree(AO)
in rural development studies,Management ,social sciences, or related discipline.

-Three years of
working experience in a similar position

-Experience of
managing partnership and build capacity of local Associations

– Experience in
program development,monitoring,evaluation and report writing

– Experience in
managing staff and program budget

-Experience in
working with international organizations, communities and local authorities in
planning and use of participatory approaches and tools

THE
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

-Rwandan citizen

-Skilled in
Microsoft Word,Excel,Power point and internet

-Fluent in
Kinyarwanda, with excellent oral and written English communication skills

-A strategic thinker
with excellent analytical skills

-Willing to learn
new ways working

-Excellent
interpersonal skills
