Production Estimator to join their successful business.
Role
Your
role will involve the following responsibilities:

- Interpreting
Architectural drawings - Delivering
all building estimating requirements and reports accurately and timely - Preparing
BOQ’s within strict timeframes - Compiling
information using Estimating software- Databuild - Liaising
with key stakeholders internally and externally

To
be successful for this the role, you will have the following:

- Previous
experience using estimating software- Databuild. - Thorough
knowledge of the residential construction industry and building
requirements - Expertise
in financial analysis - Proven
experience in an Estimation role with a residential builder - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to work as part of a team - Excellent
negotiation and computer skills - Relevant
