join our dedicated team from January 2016.

The position is for an Assistant
Educator in the Pre-kindy room [ 2 1/2 to 3 1/2]. Due to changes in regulatory
requirements for ratios we will have 3 staff in the pre-kindy room in 2016.
There is also a vacancy in our Kindergarten room for a part -time assistant [2
days, with possibility of a third day as float]. The assistants will be
required to assist the lead educators with observations and
documentation.

providing the highest quality care and education. Our centre is currently
undergoing an exciting renewal process in terms of the physical environment as
well as from a pedagogical and educational perspective. We are exploring the
Reggio Emilia philosophy and how we can implement it within our setting.

need passionate, highly committed educators to join us and be actively involved
in this journey. Experience with documentation, using the eylf and
setting up beautiful learning environments will be highly regarded as will an
understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early education. We are
also looking for someone who would be keen to stay on at the centre for an
extended time, be mentored by our highly skilled pre-kindy lead educator, and
eventually move on to a lead educator role some time in the future.

Certificate 111 or Diploma in early childhood or studying towards - A
current positive notice blue card for working with children - Current
first aid and CPR [or willing to attain these before commencement]
