Responsibilities:
Strategy Formulation
- Facilitate annual corporate
Strategic Planning Exercise in charting & reviewing the Group’s
strategic goals and objectives - Work with internal departments and
business units to ensure integration and alignment of business strategies - Translate strategic goals,
objectives and business strategies into Corporate Strategy Map and - Balanced Score Card (BSC) as well
as cascading them to internal departments and business units - Support / Facilitate strategic
planning process for internal departments and business units and ensuring
its alignment to the Group’s strategic goals and objectives
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor performance of internal
departments and business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals
and objectives - Manage in-house Balanced Scorecard
(BSC) system to ensure its usefulness and effectiveness as a tool to
support performance reviews
Others
- Drive corporate level strategic
assignments such as review of business model, organization structure and
critical business processes - Regular review of the strategic
planning process for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Business
Administration/Real Estate or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of strategic
planning / strategy formulation experience - Good understanding of Balanced
Scorecard and/or other performance management tools is an advantage - Able to engage and coordinate with
internal customers from different functions and levels - Strategic in thinking, meticulous
in implementation - Self-driven and independent team
player - Strong analytical, written and
presentation skills
