Reporting
a dynamic Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for
the overall management of this 60 bed facility. The facility sailed through
accreditation last year and they are now looking for an innovative,
commercially astute Facility Manager who is looking to lead a facility that is
focused on the future.

The
successful candidate will be an RN with proven management experience gained
from the residential aged care sector. A strong clinical knowledge coupled with
a sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Standards are mandatory for this
role as are outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the
intrinsic ability to inspire and create a vision for a team.
