Responsibilities:
  • Provide
    support and application development services.
  • Ensure
    helpdesk support and application development services are effectively met.
  • Undertake
    application development and maintenance to enhance the functionality of
    current application.
  • Identify
    opportunities to upgrade and undertake application upgrade task to meet
    user changes and Group’s needs.
  • Work
    with vendor on all technical updates, upgrades and resolve any application
    or reports problems/issues.
  • Undertake
    or participate in projects as required and to provide services by updating
    the Project Management on status and issues in respect of the project
    assignment undertaken.
  • Provide
    IT solution and computerize operations recommendations to problem
    encountered, user requirements and business operation reengineering.
  • Ability
    to make presentation and provide user training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor
    degree in Computer Science/IT/Business IT/Finance/Operation management or
    equivalent.
  • Preferred
    candidate with system admin/database/Network Infrastructure knowledge.
  • Possess
    strong ERP system knowledge and skills
  • Or
    2-3 years ERP system or relevant working experience.
  • Ability
    to work independently with minimum supervision and ability to work
    collaboratively with people of various levels.
Remuneration package will commensurate
with qualification and experience.
