Responsibilities:
- Provide
support and application development services. - Ensure
helpdesk support and application development services are effectively met. - Undertake
application development and maintenance to enhance the functionality of
current application. - Identify
opportunities to upgrade and undertake application upgrade task to meet
user changes and Group’s needs. - Work
with vendor on all technical updates, upgrades and resolve any application
or reports problems/issues. - Undertake
or participate in projects as required and to provide services by updating
the Project Management on status and issues in respect of the project
assignment undertaken. - Provide
IT solution and computerize operations recommendations to problem
encountered, user requirements and business operation reengineering. - Ability
to make presentation and provide user training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor
degree in Computer Science/IT/Business IT/Finance/Operation management or
equivalent. - Preferred
candidate with system admin/database/Network Infrastructure knowledge. - Possess
strong ERP system knowledge and skills - Or
2-3 years ERP system or relevant working experience. - Ability
to work independently with minimum supervision and ability to work
collaboratively with people of various levels.
Remuneration package will commensurate
