in enhancing the holistic nurture of its stakeholders including health services.
The
Organization is looking for a qualiﬁed, competent person to ﬁll the position of
PRINCIPAL for its newly established college of Nursing and Midwifery in Bugongi
Town Council, Sheema District:

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:

A
minimum of Master’s Degree in the relevant health ﬁeld
A
Diploma /Degree in Health Tutorship
Registered
with the Relevant Professional Council
A
minimum of Eight (8-10) years’ experience in the relevant ﬁeld ,
Age:
45 and above
A
Mature Christian with proven integrity
A
master’s Degree in the relevant ﬁeld and leadership/management experience
of a reputable medical institution will be added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE

Provide
the strategic leadership and oversight of the College.
Manage
the strategic, successful implementation of all the college’s programs.
Be
the In-charge of supervising all the senior teaching staff.
Supervises
the Heads of Departments
Provide
a conducive and general oversight of the institution
Plan
for the development and effectiveness of the college
