Reporting to the HR Manager,
the EHS Officer will be responsible for implementation and enforcement of the
Company’s environmental health and safety standards and polices in order to
minimise workplace accidents, incidents, occupational hazards and unnecessary
pollution

Planning, Implementation and Maintenance of SH&E Standards and
Policies – Plans, implements and maintains the Comp

legislation, develops SHE plans and procedures and enforces safe work practices
that comply with all relevant legislation
Hazard Identification – Assist heads of business units with hazard
identification in all the operations of the Company and develops
countermeasures to address the identified hazards

Risk Assessments – Conduct regular Risk Assessments on SH&E and
Personal Protective Equipment audits and Inspections with period follow ups

Training – Conduct regular SH&E training and induction of all
staff, sub-contractors, third party employees and visitors on the Company’s
premises

Incidence Reporting and Investigations – Record accidents, and carry
out accident/incident investigations with supervisors and suggest
corrective/remedial actions with report action plans, and follow ups

A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Management or relate field,
Minimum of 2 yrs experience in SH&E management, Attention to detail,
Proactive and decisive+ problem solving skills
