journeyman level electrical and mechanical installation; preventive and routine
maintenance; and routine and urgent repairs on all office and residential
property emergency generator units.

QUALIFICATIONS
All
applicants MUST address each selection criterion detailed below with specific
and comprehensive information supporting each item.

- Completion
of secondary school is required. Completion of vocational training or
apprenticeship leading to a Journeyman Level Certificate as a licensed
generator or automotive mechanic or electrician is required. - Two
years of working experience as a journeyman power plant operator, mechanic
or electrician in a building maintenance environment. - Level
III written and spoken English and Kinyarwanda, is required.* - Must
have full journeyman mechanic knowledge of operating procedures and
practices for generators and related equipment. - Ability
to safely utilize all U.S. and European tools and materials required in
job performance; must be able to meet U.S. trades standards. Must possess
current Rwandan driver’s license.

chief of mission authority; and - Is
residing at the sponsoring employee’s post of assignment abroad or, as

direct-hire Foreign, Civil, or uniformed service member permanently assigned or
stationed at a U.S. Foreign Service post or establishment abroad, or at an
