In this position you will be a pivotal member of
our team:
  • presenting the “welcoming face and
    voice” of the company in your receptionist role
  • jumping in to help the property managers
  • throwing yourself into assisting the sales
    admin team
  • diving in to help Amber Werchon with the
    administration of her  listings
  • running rings around all other ad-hoc
    administrative duties that come your way
What you need to be :
  • enthusiastic about the role with the energy to
    give it a really good go
  • friendly and customer focused
  • well presented
  • particular about the work you produce with
    a strong attention to detail
  • a multi-tasker able to prioritise a busy fast
    paced workload and meet deadlines
  • experienced using Console Gateway (preferable)
  • hold a Queensland real estate salesperson
    certificate (preferable)
  • experienced some work in a real estate
    office (preferable)
