Akilah is a college for young women in Kigali, Rwanda. Akilah is creating a new model of education for young women in Rwanda by providing training that is a direct response to the needs of the business community. Our first 2-year Diploma in Hospitality Management prepares young women to find meaningful
employment and launch ventures in the fastest growing sector of the Rwandan economy. We are developing a new Degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.
We are currently located in the capital of Kigali and will expand to Bugesera District after the renovation of our new campus. We are growing into a regional network of campuses offering transformational and market-relevant women’s education.

Criteria
-Masters degree preferred
-Student-centered and team-based learning instruction experience required
-Deep understanding of the East African hospitality industry
We are flexible regarding the course selection and timing, but we require a 1 year minimum commitment.
