maintain the company status as the world leader in gases for industry, health
and the environment.
SALES
CONSULTANT –
Position is
tenable in Gaborone
Requirements
JOB PURPOSE:
- Promote
and develop the sales of gases and products available from Air Liquide in
accordance with corporate policy. - Develop
and expand the ALB business by selling all AL products and promoting new
gases & equipment. - Focus
on growing and exceeding sales and product volumes for the branch as per
target. - Ensure
that sales, GPM’s and profitability targets are met - Prepare
and present sales reports & presentations as per Sales & Marketing
Manager’s requirements - Compile
and submit weekly and monthly Reports - Work
closely with Credit Controller to ensure that over dues are collected. - Conduct
bi-annual cylinder audits at all customers within the South region - Ensure
that Air Liquide Policies and Procedures are adhered to - Ensure
adherence to company SHE policies and procedures - Forge
and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders - Conduct
customer service surveys bi-annually to measure AL customer service - Handle
customer queries and enquiries
QUALIFICATION
/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Sales/Marketing
Degree Qualification - Engineering
experience will be an added advantage - Computer
literate – particularly in Excel - Minimum
3 years external sales experience - Experience
on Welding will be an added bonus - Valid
driver’s license (at least 2 years) - SAP
knowledge will be an added advantage - Basic
Safety knowledge
