AiGTS Business – Customer Service Traineeship Job Vacancy in Australia

AiGTS currently have an exciting Traineeship
opportunity for the right applicant to join a professional and committed
Customer Service team based in Notting Hill.
The role is primarily responsible for providing high
levels of customer service to interlock customers across Australia and New
Zealand.  The successful applicant will undergo a comprehensive training
program on the job and through our registered training organisation to achieve
a Certificate III in Business.

The successful candidate will display the ability to
initiate and manage the following responsibilities.
  • Respond to telephone customer enquiries including
    provision of technical support
  • Data entry of customer information into client
    database
  • Stock control and warranty activities
  • Scanning/Filing and general administrative
    support
  • Invoicing/Banking
  • Provide assistance to Interlock Workshop
    Technicians as required
To be successful in this position you will ideally
possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Strong Customer Service ethic
  • Strong written communication skills and
    professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work within a  team environment
  • Proactive approach and ability to identify
    process improvements
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Basic computer literacy ie use of Microsoft
    Outlook, Word and Excel
