The role is primarily responsible for providing high
levels of customer service to interlock customers across Australia and New
Zealand. The successful applicant will undergo a comprehensive training
program on the job and through our registered training organisation to achieve
a Certificate III in Business.

The successful candidate will display the ability to
initiate and manage the following responsibilities.

- Respond to telephone customer enquiries including
provision of technical support - Data entry of customer information into client
database - Stock control and warranty activities
- Scanning/Filing and general administrative
support - Invoicing/Banking
- Provide assistance to Interlock Workshop
Technicians as required
To be successful in this position you will ideally
possess the following skills and attributes:

- Strong Customer Service ethic
- Strong written communication skills and
professional telephone manner - Ability to work within a team environment
- Proactive approach and ability to identify
process improvements - Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Basic computer literacy ie use of Microsoft
