Our client(s), one of the established company is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the below position(s).
Business Analyst @RM3000 to RM4500 – Contract (Can be converted to Permanent)

Responsibilities:
• Review, evaluate and advise on new incentive scheme, change of scheme requirement by sales/products channel.
• Prepare incentive template/model to be use in incentive computation.
• Prepare timely and accurate incentive payout for relevant sales channels
• Analyse incentives data for strategic purposes
• Prepare team/branch/center/individual sales performance report for channel sales management.
• Prepare incentive payout report by channels by products to be used for sales management planning.
• Prepare sales productivities report by product by channels for sales management planning.
• Deal with all type of queries from sales staff and sales channel administrator with regard to incentives payment, sales performance and sales productivities.
Requirements:
• Accountancy or Finance graduate, ACCA graduate, Bachelor degree major in Finance or any relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of financial/management reporting and sales performance tracking experience. Analytical thinker with an aptitude for numbers, logical and meticulous analysis of information.
• Proactive person with sharp business acumen (not just a ‘number-cruncher’).
• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and communicate, both written and oral, complex and massive amount of financial information in a simple, concise and easy-to-understand manner.
• Must be an excellent team player who can deliver on tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work with all levels of management.
• Excellent working knowledge with financial and analytical software tools e.g. Ms Excel.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Duration: 6 months (from July/August 2011 to Jan/Feb 2012)
Rank: AM7 / M6 (Contract)
Basic Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,500 per month
EPF/SOCSO: Based on statutory requirements
Department: Consumer Financial Services – Finance
Supervisor: Head CFS Finance Unit
Subject to performance, successful candidates may be considered for permanent employment in the Bank.
