We are looking to hire one long-term consultant and need individuals with good African experience. African nationals would be ideal. Please find the required profiles below.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum M.Sc. degree in Finance or MBA with concentration in Finance.
• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in investment banking or project finance.
• Strong experience in identifying, structuring, and closing infrastructure projects and structuring public-private partnerships (PPP) in emerging markets or in a developing country context with experience and knowledge in infrastructure project finance.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks and appropriate policies required for a vibrant power sector.
• Strong experience in capacity building is desirable and would be an added advantage.
• Specialized field of expertise should include renewable energy.
• Knowledge of the African power sector and field/work experience in at least one African country required.
• Must be fluent in English with working knowledge of French or vice versa
