in the field of WAN optimization, Big data mobility and Software defined
WAN with backing by the worlds best investors; this is a rare opportunity to be

JOB
DESCRIPTION
 

  • Transformation
    of sales organisation in to a solution selling team, through investment of
    training, coaching, sales discipline and new sales team members.
  • Champion
    sales operations, corporate rigor and sales through high value
    networking and executive relationship mapping across territory –
    concentration on consistency with account and opportunity planning. 
  • Development
    of enterprise and government business plan demonstrating go to market
    strategy, execution, training program, leveraging other business units,
    and measurements / KPI’s.
  • Retaining,
    hiring new and developing all the sales team that had the capacity and
    geographic coverage to meet the needs of the enterprise solutions
    transformation. Including performance management of the team.
  • Ownership
    and delivering to quarterly and annual financial sales performance for
    ANZ, and managing pipeline to focus on new leads, deals being progressed,
    and closing committed deals for the current quarter.

EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED

In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess:

  • Ideally
    3 years + of relevant experience and 8 years of sales experience
  • Quarterly
    and yearly business planning, execution against quota and forecast
    coverage sales metrics, and sales management of the commercial sales team.
  • Implementation
    of performance management and cultural change process to improve business
    results within the region.
  • Ability
    to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new business
  • Lead by
    example and from the front mentality
  • Ability
    to identify needs within the market and develop appropriate go-to-market
    campaigns in order to drive incremental business within the region

SALARY
PACKAGE

$250K – $290k+ OTE. RSU’s, healthcare, wellness allowance and tools of the
trade.
