Responsibilities of the Construction Foreman/Site
Manager
Manager
- Reporting directly to and assisting the
Project Manager - Schedule and plan work
- Engage, coordinate and manage trades during
the project - Closely monitor project finances
- Communicating, negotiating and track the
progress of projects - Liaising between contractors and senior
managers - Dispute/issue resolution as required.
- Control and drive construction program
- Implementation of OH&S, progress and cost
reporting
To be successful in this role the Construction
Foreman/Site Manager you will be required to have:

- A Relevant trade qualification or tertiary
background - A Positive work attitude and a hands on
approach - Record in
delivering residential projects including high end and town
houses - Minimum 5 years Site Management
experience on residential projects - Excellent communication skills
- An excellent understanding of technical
specifications - Australian standards experience and delivering
high quality - Recent contactable references
