Accounts cum Admin Assistant (3 Months Contract) Job Vacancy in Singapore

Administrative.
1. To update MC strata roll and resident record as and when notification is received of a change of ownership or corresponding address
2. To answer owners’ queries on statements of accounts or invoices, etc.
3. To maintain a record of incoming / outgoing mails.
4. To maintain a record of movement of the keys.
5. To provide administrative support to Site Manager such as calls, typing and filing, etc.
6. To manage and maintain the process and records pertaining to the issuance of car disc/labels or facilities passes to clients.
7. To maintain a record of clients’ complaints for action by immediate superior in accordance
8. To keep track and maintain items necessary for the smooth functioning of the management office such as stamps, stationery, refreshments.
9. To input daily utilities consumption and produce reports for immediate superior.
10. To maintain leave records of site staff.

Accounts
1. To maintain and update the records of fixed asset and provide for depreciation in the monthly financial statements
2. To prepare invoices to send to owners by 1st of each month and reminders by 5th or within the billing deadlines
3. Update the debtor records regularly
4. To maintain cash book every month.
5. To bank-in cheques/cash received at least once a week.
6. To make payments to suppliers within the credit terms given or as requested by the clients.
7. To make appropriate accruals and provisions every month
8. To manage and maintain petty cash
9. To prepare the income and expenditure statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement (if required by client).
10. To keep proper records of notes to the account of all balance sheet items including deposits, prepayments, accruals, creditors,
recoverables and provisions.
11. To prepare tax schedules for income tax reporting and GST reporting and submit GST returns before the stipulated deadlines set by IRAS.
12. To liaise with auditors to arrange for the year end audit.
13. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI/ equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• GCE ‘O’ Levels with 1 year accountings/ admin experiences welcomed
• Proficient in MS Word/ Excel
• Meticulous and good communication skills
• Singaporean/ PRs only

• Working Location: Raffles Place
• Salary: $1800 to $2100
• Contract Date: 1 June 2011 to 31 Aug 2011
• Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturday)
