with turnovers up to $80M with several HNWI clients - CA/CPA
support, 3 days off per module - You
will have 2+ years’ experience in a business services/taxation role within
an Australian accounting firm, and be progressing through the CA/CPA
program
Intermediate/Light
Senior Accountant $63-78K:
Senior Accountant $63-78K:
- Heavy
focus on internal promotion, Partner started as a cadet and is proof of
this - Working
directly under the Partner you will attend weekly client visits with him - 30%
advisory 70% compliance - Breakfast
provided, free gym membership, social sport teams and Friday night drinks - You
will have 4 + years’ experience as an Intermediate Accountant at an
Australian accounting firm, and be near completion of the CA/CPA program
Senior
Accountant $85-76K:
Accountant $85-76K:
- Well-regarded firm
– growth due to the Partner’s outstanding reputation in the market - No
back office accounting – weekly client visits - Progression
into management by the end of 2016 due to retirements - Start
off working with existing clients then begin to develop your own clients - Performance
is rewarded with regular bonuses of $5K per month for high performers - You
will have 5+ years’ experience as a business services/tax accountant,
within an Australian accounting firm. You will also be CA/CPA qualified,
and have aspirations to progress into management.
Manager
$140-118K:
$140-118K:
- Partner
retiring so the spot has opened up - Recently
brought in several large clients – t/o’s up to $60M - Manage
a high performing team – develop your mentoring and leadership ability - Take
over the most exciting client base in the firm –clients from healthcare,
retail, recruitment and mining - You
will have 8+ years’ experience as an accountant within an Australian
accounting firm, with at least 2 of those in a leadership position. You
will also be CA/CPA qualified.
