We have space in our dynamic team for a Sales and New Business Development professional to assist us in new business development, sourcing new clientele and manage new and existing client accounts. Being the right candidate you must be able to generate new leads, by any means capable such as networking, cold calling and referral follow up etc.
What you need:
Some of the primary duties include:
• Identify potential clientele and act swiftly in order to generate new business opportunities
• Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients and generate repeat business
• Ability to write proposals and job costings using our internal processes
• Manage client accounts and information using our Customer Relationship Management software
• Assist in project management processes with project managers to see your projects through to completion.
The ideal candidate must have:
• A professional & dynamic approach to deal with clientele and the capacity to see deals go through to completion
• A competitive spirit
• An ability to manage/handle multiple accounts simultaneously
• Posses good knowledge of digital media, the internet and current market trends
• Should be able to work with a fun & dynamic team as well as solo with minimal supervision
• Remarkable communication skills
What’s the offer:
We are offering a negotiable base salary with OTE of 100K +, super with a rewarding commission structure. Details on application.
You do not need any website development skills in order to apply but a strong knowledge about the web, online and digital media is a definite advantage. A sales and marketing background is an advantage.
The position is within our studio in Newstead, Brisbane.
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel and onsite client meetings. Base travel expenditure is subsidised.
