Our client is a leading national firm, offering specialised commercial legal services to clients across Australia and world wide. Two opportunities currently exist to join the Perth office of this firm in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. To be considered for the senior associate position, you must be a senior level lawyer with experience in the following:
Supervising junior lawyers
Advising counsel
Drafting pleadings
Taking control of litigation matter without supervision
Client communication
You must also have begun to develop a specialisation in one of the following: banking, insolvency, corporate law, government, insurance, property or trade practices.
To be considered for the 2-4 year level lawyer, you must have previous litigation experience, with a working knowledge of relevant court rules, legislation and drafting documents. Experience across the areas listed above will be highly regarded.
