Are senior associateship and partnership just not for you? Then make the move in-house and take on this stand-alone legal counsel role and play a key function across the entire business.
Reporting directly to the CEO you will be a `commercial thinker’ in your provision of legal advice and oversee/manage the company’s sales, settlements, contracts and other related agreements. You will also oversee and ensure that the company’s compliance processes and legal obligations are met in your assessment and existing know-how of property development and construction law. Moreover, you will identify areas of potential risk and develop suitable strategies and systems to mitigate such risk for the business.
This role would typically suit a talented, enthusiastic and collaborative lawyer with at least six years’ property law experience gained in an in-house environment or at a reputable law firm. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team and have a track record for providing exceptional legal service.
