Gold Coast based company is looking to expand its local team with an
experienced and competent contracts administrator.
You will have previous experience in a contracts administration role with Some
Commercial intelligence required to select, pre-qualify and conduct
negotiations with Sub-contractors.
Main responsibilities will include selecting and pre-qualifying suitable subcontractors,
drafting terms and conditions for invitation to tender, conduct negotiations
with sub-contractors and maintain a register for sub-contractors and liaise
with operations personnel.
This is an immediate need for the client who expect the successful candidate to
be able to hit the ground running and have an immediate impact. Previous
experience in a similar role is essential and any estimating experience is a
bonus.
