This critical role
will develop the IT Strategy across Data and Corporate Services, inclusive of people,
process and technology capability for the Coles Financial Services division.
Utilising an extensive technology background, and working closely with internal
stakeholders, you will determine the necessary IT platforms and application
services required to underpin data analytics and corporate services. This
multi-million dollar programme will see you develop new business units and
processes and oversee the successful implementation and integration of relevant
technologies.
Working closely with
stakeholders you will determine business requirements, develop and distribute
business cases, and engage with vendors through project scoping, negotiating
and implementation phases. Suitable candidates will be passionate in driving
solid commercial outcomes.
Overall technology
experience will include a close union of IT leadership and architecture,
ensuring individual business requirements are in line with the overall company
architectural direction. Once developed, you will execute the roadmap for this
technology, including all future support functions!
Knowledge of and
exposure to global trends and data analytics will be highly regarded as will
the abilityto identify technology risk. Suitable candidates will ideally have
experience in a similar senior leadership position, working for an organisation
whose main focus is their customer! Exceptional interpersonal, written &
verbal communication and financial management skills are essential.

will possess a strong track record in the development and implementation of IT
strategy coupled with a solid understanding of current and future IT trends. In
addition you will be confident in your ability to lead and develop technology
teams and manage vendors and partners. As an innovative and passionate technology
